Mobility is the key to living a pain-free life. Different than FLEXIBILITY, MOBILITY is the ability to move your body through the joint’s fullest extent. The way you train and improve mobility is by strategically and carefully taking the body through a series of exercises and stretches that progressively overload the joints, muscles, and connective tissue.
