Studies show that as we age, we lose about 1% of our muscle mass every single year. Studies also show that as we age, our bones become frailer and begin to deteriorate. The only way to counteract this, is from a strategic, customized and intentional strength training approach. Once the total body strength assessment is complete, we customize a program for each client based on their current fitness level and their goals.
One bad fall can change everything. Balance is one of the most important elements to ensuring longevity and quality of life. Our assessment will identify potential risk factors for balance issues such as weak core strength, a lack of ankle/knee strength, weak hip flexors or other muscular imbalances that may contribute to instability and poor balance.
Mobility and range of motion are key factors to living a pain free life. Whether you want to enjoy a hike in nature, walk up the stairs, or get on the floor with the grandkids, mobility gives you the ability to complete these activities. Our assessment will identify upper body and lower body mobility limitations, which will allow us to customize a program to improve total body mobility.
