Who we are

We noticed that there was a huge problem in the fitness industry that ignores men and women over the age of 55. Here at S.B.M., we wanted to provide a space that focused on increasing longevity and quality of life for older adults. We want our clients to feel safe while working one-on-one with personal trainer, specifically focusing on strength, balance, and mobility. Our goal is to help our clients feel stronger, safer, and have less aches and pains in their day to day life.
