Do you accept insurance?
Strength. Balance. Mobility. is a self pay service. However, we will provide the necessary documentation for you to submit to your insurance company for a possible reimbursement. We do not guarantee that a reimbursement will be given.
I haven’t worked out before, is this ok for beginners?
This would be a PERFECT program for beginners. Each client starts with our comprehensive full body strength, balance and mobility assessment. This gives us an accurate baseline for us to be able to customize a program and meet you where you are.
How long are the sessions?
We have three different options. We have 30 minute, 45 minute and 60 minute sessions. The vast majority of our clients do the 30 minute sessions.
How many sessions per week should I do?
This would depend on what your goals are. Everyone is different, and what they want to accomplish is different. We customize the program and recommendation for each individual client. Most of our clients come in 3 times per week, but no less than 2 times per week.
Is 30 minutes 2-3 times per week enough?
Yes, our mission is to improve the STRENGTH, BALANCE and MOBILITY of each of our clients. 30 minutes, 2-3 times per week is the perfect amount to accomplish these goals.
When would I start to notice a difference?
Everyone is different, so this would be a case-case basis. However, we have seen improvements in all three areas within the first few sessions.
